Custom robotics · engineered for real operations

The robot is only the beginning.

Adapt Tech Labs turns robotics platforms into working operational systems—workflow design, applications, integrations, commissioning, training, measurement and support. Our current portfolio includes temi and Robocore platforms, backed by Adapt's role as the only authorized U.S. implementor for custom temi configurations.

Make a moving visit feel present.

temi V3 brings a scheduled family call directly to the resident, creating a more natural sense of presence without adding another device for staff to set up, place and retrieve.

Robotics use cases

Choose the outcome. We’ll engineer the workflow.

Explore eight ways a custom robotics implementation can remove repetitive work, extend your team's reach and improve the customer experience. We engineer the software, integrations, site mapping, training and support that turn a robotics platform into a working deployment.

temi V3

Make everyday resident routes easier to navigate.

temi V3 can accompany a resident along familiar indoor routes and keep a simple path to staff support close—without replacing hands-on care.

WHY IMPLEMENTATION WINS

Robots create value when the workflow, mapping, integrations, staff ownership, training and support are designed together. That is what Adapt Tech Labs delivers end to end—from a focused pilot through a repeatable operating deployment.

End-to-end robotics implementation

From first workflow to operating deployment.

A working robotics implementation includes the platform, application, physical environment, business systems, people, safety boundaries, support ownership and evidence that the workflow performs as intended.

  1. 01Qualify

    Start with the operating outcome.

Map the job, buyer, environment, constraints, workflow volume and success metric before choosing hardware.

  2. 02Configure

Build the implementation around the job.

Select the platform, application, content, payload, permissions, maps, routes and human escalation paths.

  3. 03Integrate

    Connect the real environment.

Validate networks, doors, elevators, business systems, identity, privacy, safety, fallback and support ownership.

  4. 04Deploy

    Commission, train and improve.

Run acceptance tests, prepare staff, measure the pilot, resolve failure modes and scale only when the outcome is repeatable.

Typical implementation scope

Site survey · workflow blueprint · application and content · maps and routes · payloads and peripherals · API and system integration · security/privacy review · acceptance plan · staff training · launch support · 30/60/90-day optimization

Deployment assurance

Every change should leave evidence.

Adapt's ActionProof research explores repeatable scenario tests, high-level policy decisions, incident replay and evidence linking an AI's intent to the robot's observed outcome. It is a working product hypothesis—not a safety controller or certification—but it reflects how we think about responsible physical-AI deployment.

Robotics implementation team

Built to connect software with the physical world.

Adapt Tech Labs combines company strategy, systems architecture, hands-on product development and robotics integration to move custom systems from concept to operating deployment. Our field record includes nine end-to-end custom temi implementations across the U.S. and Canada. Separately, our R&D includes three developed temi application prototypes whose software MVP gates passed; none has shipped as a standalone product or established product-market fit.

Tell us what should move, guide, deliver, engage or inspect.

Send the operating problem—not a shopping list. We'll assess the workflow, platform fit, site constraints, integrations, pilot scope and evidence needed to decide whether the implementation should scale.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
  1. Fit review

We evaluate the workflow, environment, platform and integration options.

  2. Discovery call

We clarify volume, systems, floors, risks and decision criteria.

  3. Implementation blueprint

Qualified projects receive a phased scope, pilot metrics and next-step plan.

We use project-brief data only to evaluate and respond to the requested implementation. Inquiries that do not become active opportunities are deleted within 180 days; customer records follow the applicable agreement.
